Our New Pastor is Pastor Paul Learman

Paul LearmanPastor Paul Learman was installed in June as the sixth full-time pastor in Our Savior Lutheran’s 43-year history. He succeeds Pastor Glen Hieb, who faithfully served Our Savior and the Strongsville community for 15 years.

For the past 10 years, Pastor Learman served at Divine Peace Lutheran Church in Milwaukee where he guided the congregation toward a renewed focus on reaching the unchurched in the community and growing in faith through engaging worship and discipleship. From Houston, Texas, he attended Northwestern Preparatory School, Northwestern College, Martin Luther College and graduated from Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in 2000. He previously served at churches in Utah, Michigan, and Illinois. He holds certifications in Church Revitalization and Non-Profit Leadership and Management. He has more than a decade of experience in evangelism training, church consulting, and leadership coaching.

News 5 ClevelandStrongsville church offers free citizenship classes for those in need

Our Savior Lutheran Church serves the Strongsville, Middleburg Heights and surrounding community with Christian worship and ministry. Throughout the years we have considered it our mission to be part of bringing Christ to the people of metropolitan Cleveland. Like you, we face the seemingly endless grind of chores and responsibilities. But our place of worship offers us a much needed break to refresh ourselves with the comfort of God’s eternal love. Bible Study and our mid-week Bible Class help to reinforce the truths of God’s Word.

Our Savior Lutheran Church:
  1. Grants a ministry by the pastor of counseling, encouragement, and guidance for those in need.
  2. Conducts positive, uplifting, Sunday morning worship services and Sunday morning Bible study.
  3. Offers mid-week Bible study.
  4. Has opportunities to add your vision to our ministry.
  5. Is a member of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS), a church body with congregations in all 50 states and many foreign countries.

If you have no church home, or are searching for one, we offer ours to you. If you are already active in a church family, we pray that your Christ-centered faith be strengthened.
